What does rent collection cost?
Listing is free and there’s no subscription. Each rent payment costs $0.99 plus Stripe’s bank-transfer processing fee of 0.8% (capped at $5), deducted from the payment. On $300 weekly rent, that’s $3.39 in fees and you receive $296.61.
Can I start with the renters I already have?
Yes — that’s the best place to start. Add the artists already renting from you with their current rate and schedule, and Gildra collects rent automatically from there. Listing open spaces for new artists is optional.
Do my renters need anything?
Each renter gets a free Gildra account — on the web or the iPhone app — and adds their own payment method. You never handle their card or bank details.
How do artists find my open spaces?
Your open chairs, suites, and rooms appear when independent artists search Gildra by city or neighborhood. Interested artists reach out through Gildra, and you approve who rents from you.
How do I get paid?
Connect a Stripe account once. Collected rent is paid out to your bank through Stripe, and you can see every payment — paid, pending, or missed — in your dashboard.
